Jonathan Grobert

Jonathan Grobert is a Vice President at Multifamily Asset Manager and the Director of PMAM. As Director his responsibilities include the supervision of asset management staff in the scheduling and performance of Management and Occupancy Reviews for over 550 Project Based Section 8 Projects, oversight of REAC Physical Inspection follow-ups, quality control, and monthly reporting and invoicing.


Jason Long

Mr. Long has over 15 years over experience in the affordable multifamily housing industry. He is a Vice President at MAM and works closely with Lucie Du to help develop new business for the organization.


Joyce Chou

Ms. Chou has worked in the Contract Renewals and Rent Adjustments functional areas associated with HUD's PBCA program for the states of Pennsylvania and Michigan. As QC Officer and Manager of Adjustments and Renewals, she conducts quality control reviews of analyst's processing of Section 8 Contract renewal and adjustment requests. She also provides guidance to owners and management agents on rent adjustment and contract renewal procedures.


Polly Best

Ms. Best has worked for MAM since 2003. She reviews Section 8 Contract Renewals and Rent Adjustments and Supervises the Financial Analysts who process Contract Renewals and Rent Adjustments. Polly also performs tasks to provide consistency and conformity of Management and Occupancy Review reports.


Fran Frohman

Ms. Frohman, a certified public accountant since 1980, currently is a Chief Financial Officer for Pennsylvania Multifamily Asset Managers and is responsible for the financial accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and all general accounting functions.


Catherine Risko

Ms. Risko has served as Director of the MAM PBCA operation in Michigan since 2000 as well as being a member of the MAM team's PBCA QC Group. She has more than 30 years of professional experience in the Multifamily Affordable Housing Industry with primary experience in residential property and asset management.

Peggy Gregory

Ms. Gregory has over 25 years of professional experience in municipal government programs and the U.S. Department of Housing Development (HUD) multifamily and Public and Indian Housing (PIH) programs, including Project-Based Section 8, Section 202, Section 811, Section 236, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Public Housing. She is recognized as a leading expert in the subsidy compliance rules for those programs.
