MAM's success in providing quality and timely products and services to its clients stems from a management strategy based on four key elements:
• A well-integrated organizational structure using highly trained, dedicated, and experienced staff with the majority employed for almost a decade, with very little staff turnover. The organizational structure typically follows along Core Competency lines, with cross training of specified individuals.
• A multiple-tier quality control and quality assurance protocol ensures products are accurate, effective, delivered on time, and as required. An independent quality control group performs the first level of review for each task. This along with an automated system, designed by a MAM affiliate that documents every action at every step of the multiple-level review, has resulted in a 100% success rate in our contracts.
• On-the-job seasoned real estate and asset management specialists, not automation specialists, designed our business process systems producing an integrated project management system.
• The management system controls the work flow and deliverables to meet all of our clients' needs. The system is tested, redesigned, and retested by the people who use it, with focus on creating monitoring and financial templates to increase accuracy and efficiency.
